Policies, Terms and Conditions:
How to Order Order Online:
When you order online, please follow the prompts. Fill out the required fields and check the accuracy of your information to ensure smooth and expedient handling. A $10.00 service fee will be charged by Federal Express to you if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address. This is a secure site employed with the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your personal information. You may order online 24 hours a day 365 days a year, we do not ship on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th & 5th. All orders made on these days will be shipped on the following business day.

How to Check My Order Status To find out the status of your order, go to My Account, and find the order you want to track under the Order Status section. Note: You must register for "My Account" during checkout in order to track your order online.

Canceling an Order An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. To cancel an order e-mail our customer service department at nuevalife@gmx.com. Type Cancel and the order number in the subject line.

Back Orders Some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than two business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or with a note in the package shipped to you.

Return Policy and Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).  For orders that qualified for free shipping the following shipping and handling charges will be deducted for the returned item.  There will be a charge of $3.50 for shipping and handling per item for domestic orders and $8.00 per item for international orders.  All items must be in the original factory sealed container for refund. If for any reason you wish to return an item please E-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 days. We must receive the returned package within 10 days after the Return Authorization Number is issued, otherwise, the package will be rejected. Type RMA Request with order number in the subject line.  Refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the authorized return.  Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered an unauthorized return and are subjected to a 15% restocking fee and shipping. Shipping & Handling will be non-refundable.  Return of the same item of quantity 6 or more is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We recommend you try a product first before ordering 6 or more at a time.  We try very hard to keep the product information up-to-date, occasionally, the manufacturer changes the name and the packaging of a product. If the ingredients and the serving remain the same, we are not responsible for any return or refund due to the name and packaging change.  There are no refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order. We recommend that if you order more than one of any item that you do not open every item until you are prepared to use it. This will help maintain freshness.

Shipping Policy Shipping and Handling is only $3.50 per item via USPS First Class Mail, $5.89 per order via USPS First Class/Priority Mail (for package up to 2 lbs.) within the Continental United States. Orders addressed to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska will only be shipped via USPS Mail. Express shipping is also available for additional charges.  Depending on shipping weight and location, we might ship via UPS or Post Office First Class/Priority Mail to a physical address in the continuous 48 states. (Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, PO Box and international addresses.) Shipping Option Chart Orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next Business day. Express orders received after 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the next business day. Order with wrong shipping address shipped through UPS is subjected to a $10 address correction fee. Please double check your shipping address during checkout. A $10 fee will be charged for any order that was shipped through UPS and got returned back to us after three delivery attempts made by UPS. We are not responsible for lost/missing packages due to an incorrect address. Please make sure that the shipping address given to us is correct. In an event that the package is missing/lost due to an incorrect address, we will not issue any refund and will not resend the package. For package over 1 lb, we may ship it via UPS even if US Postal Service was originally selected without any additional charge to the customer. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than two business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or with a note in the package shipped to you. We may from time to time send out product samples with your order. International Orders
To place an international order, please e-mail our customer service department at nuevalife@gmx.com. Customer is solely responsible for knowing the importation policy of dietary supplement of the Ship-To country. Customer is solely responsible for any customs fee and duty taxes. Any delay or loss of the package due to customers failure to pay customs fee and taxes will be the customers responsibility. Any delay or loss of the package due to the Ship-To countrys importation policy will be the customers responsibility. An order returned to us by the Ship-To countrys customs would be treated as an unauthorized return and subject to a 15% restocking fee. The shipping charge is not refundable. It may take 6 to 10 months for a package to be return to us by the Ship-To countrys customs. We must receive the returning package before issuing any refunds. Payment Types We currently accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and Money Order When paying by credit card, please make sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Extra processing time may be required If you are shipping to an address different from your billing address. Additional Digits of Credit Card - Security Code: You may be asked to provide us with the additional last three digits of your credit card that are located on the back of your credit card for verification that the credit card is in your possession. We need to have this information to insure that the credit card being used is valid and in good standing and that this order is authorized by the proper owner of the card. Payments By Money Order or Check: Any payment by Money Order or Check must be payable from a US Bank. All payments by Money Order or Cashiers Check should be made out in US currency. If you order online and want to pay by Money Order or Cashiers Check, please select "Money Order / Cashiers Check" and the payment type during checkout. Products ordered with Money Order or Cashiers Check will be shipped when funds are received. Orders by personal check are not shipped until funds have cleared the banking system. When you order, please make money order/check payable to Nueva Life. Be sure to include your order total and order number and mail it with your payment. Credit Cards  by 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns  by 
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes  by 
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
